Enter the necessary information for your stakeout request.
Dig Safely New York will send you an e-mail with a link you must click on.
Click the link. Your request will be sent to a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for processing.
Once the CSR has processed your request, you will receive a welcome email that explains what happens next, and an e-mail confirmation with a ticket number. You will also receive a list of Member Facility Operators that Dig Safely New York has notified on your behalf.
You must click on the enclosed link within 30 minutes of the initial e-mail being sent to you. After 30 minutes, your submission will be discarded.
If a CSR needs clarification of any information submitted, he or she will attempt to contact you on your primary phone number and alternate phone number.
At the end of the day, the submission will be discarded if the problems are not resolved.
If you do NOT receive a confirmation email with a list of facility operators by the start of the next day, you should assume that we were unable to contact you and that the submission was discarded.
If your submission was discarded, you should phone in the location request by calling 1-800-962-7962.
