Thank you for your interest in becoming an Excavator Safety Seminar sponsor! Please submit the form below. Once complete, a representative will contact you as soon as possible with additional details. Sponsorship(s) will be invoiced after January 1, 2019, unless otherwise requested.

Each sponsor is required to provide a raffle item with a $25 minimum, for each of the nine (9) seminars. A raffle will take place at the conclusion of each seminar. If you do not want to bring your own raffle item, Dig Safely New York, Inc. can provide you with a $25 gift card, in addition to the total sponsorship invoice.

A diamond Sponsorship is $2,500. As a Diamond Sponsor you receive a complementary exhibit space at any or all of the of the nine (9) seminars. Please select from the list below.

Commercial sponsorships are limited and are $500 per full commercial spot and $100 per transitional/break commercial spots.

The cost of a Utility Sponsorship is $1,000 per seminar selected.
Break sponsorships are exclusive and cost $500 per seminar.
Welcome sponsorships are exclusive and cost $650 per seminar.
Lunch sponsorships are exclusive per event and cost $1,000 per seminar.
All bag sponsorships are exclusive and cost $1,000 per seminar.
