Keynote Speaker - Leo Anderson

Brought to you by

Leo is a tried and tested manager, mentor, and leadership instructor with backgrounds in the private sector and Department of Defense. During a decade-long career as an officer in the US Marine Corps, he trained and advised military forces from partner nations around the world. As an instructor, he has assisted in the development of training pipelines for counter-narcotic task forces in Mexico and light infantry battalions in Eastern Europe, as well as training and mentoring junior officers to become the next generation of leaders for their respective countries. In the private sector, Leo found success in the field of supply chain logistics, building, and maintaining relationships with major customers, and refining operating procedures.  Leo is a firm believer that the human factors that challenge modern leaders are the same intangible strengths that can be used to drive teams to reach their full potential.
